Nanny Carrie (One Tree Hill)

Ok so this is for all the OTH (One Tree Hill) fans out there. I personally, HATE Nanny Carrie!!
I mean from trying to get with Nathan, breaking up Haley and Nathan, to stealing little Jamie.
She is CRAZY!!!
